Prepare Daily, weekly and monthly reports in excel and submit to the Reporting Manager

Prepare opportunity loss for the Articles purchased by the Channel Partners.

Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.

Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.

Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.

Qualification - Plus Two

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
