Role Description The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities at project sites in Bengaluru (City Outskirts) & Hosur in a full-time, in office capacity. This role includes coordinating and guiding site workers, ensuring work is carried out as per drawings and specifications, and monitoring quality, safety, and timelines. The Site Supervisor tracks material usage, supervises deliveries, and reports site progress, issues, and resource requirements to project management. The role involves maintaining site records, assisting in inspections, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. The Site Supervisor collaborates closely with engineers, contractors, and vendors to resolve on-site challenges and support smooth project execution.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience supervising construction or real estate project sites, with strong knowledge of on-site operations and workflows.
- English, Kannada,



Tamil proficiency is a must.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings, project plans, and technical specifications.
- Strong focus on safety, quality control, and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Effective communication and coordination skills for working with labor teams, contractors, vendors, and project managers.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including maintaining logs, reports, and records of site activities.
- Relevant diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- Prior experience in Bengaluru or similar urban project environments is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
