Prepare preventive maintenance schedules for Electrical Equipments, breaker, Electrical Distribution Panels, Distribution Boards, Power Factor control panel, U.P.S,HVAC Chiller Plant, Fire Detection panel, telephone bill monitoring system & billing, Fax Machine, Time Punch Machine, Cash Counting Machine, preparing AMC schedule for service providers.
- Implementing NABH protocols for Maintenance department with the help of quality team.
- Reducing costs by implementing reduction strategies.
- Give presentation in Department Review Meeting monthly
- Follow-up with concerned dept for rectification defects and checking of rectified defects.
- Dealing with vendors/contractors, quotation call, making comparative statements and inter office memos etc.




- Bills - Maintaining and updating Bills Management Toolkit in order to track the bills.
- Responsible to ensure smooth processing of bills and payment within stipulated period of time.
- Research & development
- Asset Management of the organization.
- Updating the management on new technology & its impact on organization.
- Cost saving analysis in each department.
- Implementation of recent technology with IT department.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
