Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Design and modify mechanical components using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models for manufacturing and production.
- Work on plastic injection moulding processes, mould development, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare fabrication drawings and supervise fabrication activities.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support recent product development and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures.
- Maintain engineering documentation, BOMs, and design records.
- Coordinate with vendors for tooling, fabrication, and machine-related requirements.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Experience in Plastic Injection Moulding.
- Knowledge of Fabrication processes and sheet metal work.
- Understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T;, and manufacturing processes.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Experience
- 2-10 years of experience in a manufacturing or plastic injection moulding industry.
- Experience in mould design, tooling, and production support is preferred.
Salary - 4 lpa to 6lpa
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
