Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and networking devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, LAN/Wi-Fi, and internet issues.
- Manage CCTV, biometric devices, and system security.
- Provide technical support to showroom and office staff.
- Ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure and regular system backups.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.Tech/BCA or relevant IT qualification.
- 1-3 years of Hardware & Networking experience. *
Knowledge of Windows OS, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and basic networking.
- Solid troubleshooting and communication skills.
