- supervise and manage daily floor operations
- Lead,motivate,and train the sales team.
- Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Assist customers in selecting gold,diamond,silver,and other jewellery products.
- Prepare daily sale report and staff performance report.
- Coordinate promotional events,exhibitions,and customer engagement activities.
