This role sits at the intersection of R&D; and customer-facing teams, supporting product demonstrations, testing, and real-world deployments.

You will work closely with technical and R&D; teams, gaining exposure to how products are built, demonstrated, and evaluated in real environments.

What you’ll work on

Product Demonstrations

Assist in client demos, technical presentations, and POCs

R&D; Support

Work with technical teams to support product testing and feedback loops





Field Support

Assist during site visits, installations, and troubleshooting activities

Demo Preparation

Configure and prepare systems and equipment for presentations

Feedback & Documentation

Capture client feedback and share insights with R&D; teams

Who this role is for- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or related field-
- Basic understanding of electronics and networking concepts- Solid communication and presentation skills- Willingness to travel for client demos and site visits- Problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset- Networking or IT certifications are a plus
