The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing cleanliness, sanitation, and housekeeping operations across plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate labours for housekeeping work across plant areas.
- Ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of plant areas as per SOPs.
- Monitor housekeeping schedules, and daily task completion.
- Ensure safe disposal of cleaning waste.
- Maintain hygiene standards in treatment, segregation, storage, washing, and common areas.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and infection-control standards.
- Train housekeeping staff on PPE usage, cleaning chemicals, emergency response, and safety procedures.
- Ensure availability and proper use of cleaning equipment, disinfectants, and consumables.
- Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams for housekeeping support during plant activities.
- Maintain records of cleaning activities, inspections, chemical usage, and staff performance.
- Report incidents, safety hazards, and non-compliance issues to management immediately.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pollution control norms, and statutory regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience
- 2-3 years of housekeeping supervision experience in hospitals, pharmaceutical units, or industrial facilities.
- Experience handling manpower and sanitation operations is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Valuable leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of industrial housekeeping and sanitation standards
- Understanding of PPE and workplace safety practices
- Basic documentation and reporting skills
- Ability to work in shifts and high-risk environments
- Good communication and coordination abilities

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
