Our client is one of India’s leading contract manufacturers in the disposable hygiene products industry, specializing in Baby Diapers, Adult Diapers, Sanitary Napkins, and Wet Wipes, with a highly automated manufacturing facility and robust focus on quality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise packaging and packing line operations.
- Ensure smooth production flow with minimum downtime and wastage.
- Monitor packaging quality, labeling, sealing, and coding standards.
- Handle manpower allocation and shift coordination.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Maintain packaging reports and production records.




- Ensure adherence to GMP, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Support achievement of daily packaging targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma / ITI preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in FMCG, hygiene products, diaper, sanitary napkin, or packaging industry.
- Experience in packaging operations and team handling.
- Basic knowledge of packaging machines and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
