- BMC is seeking a Senior Sourcing Analyst to support the Global Procurement organization as a scalable, AI‑enabled business partner. This role operates within a purchasing category team and is responsible for executing end‑to‑end sourcing and contracting activities while actively improving procurement efficiency, decision quality, and business confidence.

- Work with internal stakeholders to understand and source suppliers to meet requirements while addressing budget, service levels, and other total cost of ownership (TCO) factors.
- Negotiate supplier terms & conditions such that key business requirements (cost, price, specification, quality, logistic, legal, reliability) are fulfilled.
- Develop and lead global category strategy with business partners.
- Gather and analyze spending data, as well as local, regional, and global market data to ensure competitive pricing through all phases of contract negotiations.
- Provide market intelligence on commodity market trends and local / global opportunities.
