Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international clients from US, UK, UAE, and other global markets
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and project estimations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for project discussions and closures
Mandatory Requirements:
- Upwork experience is mandatory
- International IT Sales experience is mandatory
- 1-5 years of experience in IT Sales / Software Sales / B2B Sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of Web Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS, and Digital Solutions
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of handling responsibilities independently
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Cloud Services
- Proposal writing and project estimation skills
