Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform AR Follow-ups on unpaid / denied claims and ensure timely resolution
- Analyze denials & rejections and take corrective actions for reprocessing
- Accurately handle Payment Posting (EOBs / ERAs), including adjustments & patient responsibility:
- Manage underpayments / overpayments and perform payment reconciliation:
- Maintain accuracy, productivity targets, and AR aging control

Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Dental RCM / Claims
- Hands-on experience in AR follow-ups and Payment Posting:
- Good understanding of EOB, ERA, denials, Adjustments:
- Knowledge of US insurance processes (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial):
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:




- Experience in Dental Billing (CDT codes, dental workflows):
- Familiarity with billing software / clearinghouses
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment
