Role Overview

We are looking for a highly capable, detail-oriented, and proactive Regulatory Affairs Executive who can independently manage regulatory compliance for domestic and international markets, certifications, statutory approvals, sustainability frameworks, customer documentation, and international audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure compliance with IFRA, REACH, GHS/CLP, FDA, EU Cosmetics Regulations, SEDEX, EcoVadis, ESG standards, environmental sustainability requirements, and other applicable national & international regulatory frameworks.

2. Ensure compliance with statutory and certification standards including Factory Act, IBR, Fire NOC, PESO,



Pollution Control Board approvals, BIS, ISO, FSSAI, Kosher, Halal, GMP, FSSC 22000, and other industrial compliance requirements.

3. Handle licenses, registrations, renewals, certifications, and regulatory approvals related to factory operations, manufacturing, exports, and industrial compliance.

4. Prepare, review, and maintain:
- a. SDS/MSDS
- b. IFRA Certificates
- c. Allergen Declarations
- d. COA
- e. TDS
- f. Product Specifications
- g. Compliance Documentation
- h. Audit Records & Statutory Files

5. Coordinate and manage documentation related to:
- a. Factory License
- b. Pollution Control Approvals
- c. Fire & Safety Compliance
- d. Import-Export Licenses
- e. Cosmetic Registrations
- f. BIS Certifications
- g. ISO Certifications
- h. Vendor & Customer Compliance Requirements

6. Review product labels, packaging artwork, and product claims for regulatory compliance acro
