o Customer & Technical Coordination
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers regarding casting design and development.
- Support customer meetings, design discussions, technical reviews, and audits.
- Ensure clear communication of technical requirements between customer and internal teams.
- Design & Development (Casting)
- Develop and optimize casting designs using CAD tools based on customer drawings and specifications.
- Perform design calculations, tolerance stack-ups, and material selection for casting components.
- Prepare 2D/3D models, detailed drawings, and BOMs for production.
- Ensure design feasibility considering casting processes (sand casting, investment casting, die casting, etc.)
- Engineering Analysis & Validation
- Conduct feasibility studies, DFMEA, and risk assessments for recent product development.
- Support simulation activities (solidification, flow analysis) to optimize casting quality.
- Validate designs through prototyping, testing, and inspection results.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements.




- Process Development & Production Support
- Work closely with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure smooth product development and production.
- Support tooling development, pattern design, and process planning.
- Resolve technical issues related to casting defects, dimensional deviations, and quality concerns.
- Implement engineering changes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Account Growth & Business Strategy
- Identify opportunities for new programs, part additions, value-added services, and long-term agreements within key accounts.
- Support account plans, revenue forecasts, and growth strategies.
- Track competitor activity and customer sourcing strategies within assigned accounts.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain design records, drawings, change logs, and technical documentation.
