Position: Site Supervisor (Civil)
Experience Required: 2-4 Years
Qualification: Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering
Salary: CTC ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations for factory construction projects, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to project timelines.
- Prepare project planning and execution strategies in coordination with site teams.
- Manage manpower planning, task allocation, and supervision of work teams.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, providing timely updates and maintaining qualified relationships.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards in:
- Earthwork
- Railway formation works
- Concreting
- Structural execution
- Verify client measurements and prepare supporting documentation.
- Execute and check alignments, levels, cross-sections, and volumetric quantities accurately.
- Review and interpret construction drawings for proper site implementation.
- Maintain site records, progress reports, and ensure adherence to safety practices.
