Key Job Responsibilities
- Pre-Op Preparation: Setting up the OR, arranging surgical instruments, and ensuring equipment is functional and sterile.
- Patient Care: Receiving patients, verifying IDs, preparing the surgical site, and positioning patients on the table.
- Intra-Op Assistance: Assisting surgeons and nurses during procedures, handing over instruments, and monitoring vital signs.
- Post-Op Cleanup: Cleaning, decontaminating, and sterilizing instruments after use.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma in OT Technology or B.Sc in OT Technology.
- Skills: Knowledge of aseptic techniques, sterilization protocols, surgical equipment maintenance, and patient safety standards.
- Experience: Ranges from fresher roles to 3-5+ years for senior positions.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
