Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor industrial machinery used in quartz production, including resin mixers, vacuum-vibro presses, and curing ovens.
- Material Preparation: Transport, weigh, and load raw quartz aggregates, resins, and color pigments into manufacturing systems according to exact batch formulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect raw quartz slabs for defects, correct thickness, color consistency, and surface finish during and after the pressing/curing stages.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections, clean machinery, and report mechanical faults to maintenance personnel to minimize downtime.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict occupational health and safety regulations, which includes handling hazardous materials (e.g., resins) and wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Documentation: Fill out production logs, track inventory, and report daily output to production supervisors. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
