Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:
The Showroom Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, customer engagement and effective sales execution. The role involves both field sales and in-store customer handling,along with relationship management and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:
-Generate new leads through market visits, networking and business development activities.
-Attend walk-in customers,understand their requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
-Build and maintain robust relationships with interior designers, architects and builders to create a consistent lead pipeline.
-Follow defined sales processes including cold calling, client meetings, product demonstrations and technical mock-ups.
-Represent the company at seminars, exhibitions and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and generate business opportunities.




-Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure, including price negotiations.
-Ensure timely payment collection and follow-up within agreed credit terms.
-Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
-Track sales performance, analyze market trends and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve profitability.
-Maintain accurate records and prepare reports using MS Excel and other basic tools.

Key Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.
-Knowledge or experience in lighting or interior products is an advantage.
-Proficiency in Hindi and English.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
