Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily production jobs based on priorities and deadlines
- Supervise multicolour offset printing operations on the shop floor
- Monitor print quality, colour consistency, and registration accuracy
- Coordinate with pre-press & post-press.
- Manage manpower allocation and shift planning
- Ensure timely availability of materials (paper, ink, plates, etc.)
- Troubleshoot printing issues and take corrective actions
- Maintain production records and reporting
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of multicolour offset printing
- Understanding of ink, paper, colour matching, and printing defects
- Ability to create and execute production plans




- Experience with Heidelberg / Komori / similar printing machines (preferred)
- Valuable problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, production tracking)
- Relevant experience in printing/packaging industry
