Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international air freight shipments.
- Maintain close coordination with shippers, overseas agents, transporters, customs brokers, and warehouse teams.
- Prepare and verify shipping and operational documents.
- Track shipment movements and provide timely updates to clients.
- Handle freight booking confirmations, scheduling, and shipment execution.
- Resolve shipment delays, clearance issues, and operational discrepancies.
- Support import/export operations and customer service activities.
- Ensure smooth coordination for end-to-end cargo movement.
- Maintain robust communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
