Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Gold Loan Marketing Executive to generate leads and promote gold loan services in the Haridwar area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate gold loan leads through field marketing and local networking
- Visit shops, markets, and residential areas to promote services
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and local vendors
- Explain gold loan products and convert leads into business
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets
- Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales/marketing (preferably gold loan or NBFC sector)
- Positive communication and convincing skills
- Must be a local resident of Haridwar
- Ability to work in field and meet targets
