Key Responsibilities:
✨ Identify and generate new business opportunities
✨ Acquire new clients and build long-term relationships
✨ Pitch company services and close deals
✨ Conduct market research and competitor analysis
✨ Handle lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions
✨ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales
✔ Strong communication & negotiation skills
✔ Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
✔ Ability to onboard and manage clients effectively
✔ Agency or digital marketing experience is an added advantage
Compensation Structure:
This is a performance-based earning opportunity and not a fixed salary model.
Your growth and earnings depend on your performance — the more clients you onboard, the higher your earning potential and profit sharing. There is no earning cap for the right performer.
