We are looking for a highly responsible and detail-oriented Production Executive to manage end-to-end production operations for premium kids' party wear. This role requires someone who can handle coordination, execution, and quality control while ensuring timely delivery of customized orders.

Key Responsibilities

Production Management
- Oversee the complete production process from order confirmation to final delivery
- Plan daily and weekly production schedules based on order flow
- Ensure smooth coordination between designers, tailors, and masters

Vendor and Team Coordination
- Work closely with tailors, embroidery units, and production masters
- Follow up regularly to ensure deadlines are met
- Resolve production delays and bottlenecks proactively

Fabric and Material Handling
- Manage fabric sourcing, purchasing, and inventory
- Ensure quality of fabrics and accessories before production
- Maintain proper stock records

Quality Control
- Check garments at different production stages
- Ensure premium finishing standards are maintained
- Minimize defects and rework





Order Tracking and Delivery
- Track each order from production to dispatch
- Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery
- Handle urgent orders and express deliveries efficiently

Dispatch and Operations
- Supervise packing, labeling, and shipment processes
- Ensure all dispatches are accurate and on time

Requirements:
- Experience in garment production (preferably kidswear or designer wear)
- Robust coordination and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of fabrics, tailoring, and garment construction
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, made-to-order environment

Preferred Skills
- Experience in boutique or customized clothing production
- Knowledge of embroidery and finishing processes
- Basic computer skills such as Excel and order tracking
