Job Summary
- We are looking for a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our animation studio. You will play a key role in driving sales, building client relationships, and promoting our animation services across various industries such as entertainment, advertising, gaming, and education. This position requires a solid understanding of the animation industry and excellent communication skills to effectively convey our creative capabilities to potential clients._

Key Responsibilities

Sales:
- Identify and target potential clients who need animation services.
- Understand client needs and present customized solutions highlighting our animation expertise.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and oversee payment follow-ups.
- Track and report sales activities, ensuring revenue targets are met.

Marketing:
- Collaborate with the creative team to create marketing materials, including showreels,



case studies, and presentations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to refine marketing efforts.
- Represent the studio at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings.
- Enhance the company’s online presence, ensuring the website and social media profiles are engaging and up-to-date.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the animation, media, or entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of animation workflows and production processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
