Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced BMS (Building Management System) Operator to manage and monitor all critical facility systems within our Data Center in Delhi. The operator will ensure continuous availability and optimal performance of electrical, mechanical, and environmental systems through active monitoring using the DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor BMS and DCIM systems to track performance, alarms, and status of data center equipment (UPS, cooling systems, PAC/CRAC units, electrical panels, DG sets, fire suppression, and environmental sensors).
- Respond promptly to alarm conditions, system alerts, and equipment faults to ensure minimum downtime and operational continuity.
- Conduct routine checks and maintain proper logs for electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Coordinate with maintenance vendors and internal infrastructure teams for scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on system health, performance trends,



and incidents through the DCIM platform.
- Maintain accurate records of configuration changes, equipment status, and any maintenance activities.
- Support energy efficiency and capacity management initiatives through BMS and DCIM data insights.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalation protocols during critical incidents or power failures.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma, ITI or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience in data center or critical facility operations.
- Hands-on experience in BMSand DCIM tools.
- Basic understanding of electrical and HVAC systems, including UPS, DG, AHU, PAC/CRAC, and fire systems.
