Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, and support projects
- Manage SAP FICO and HCM functional requirements and solution delivery
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors
- Handle project planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting
- Configure and support SAP FI/CO and HCM processes
- Drive payroll, finance, HR, and compliance-related SAP activities
- Ensure project delivery within timelines and quality standards
- Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and process optimization
- Support integrations, testing, user training, and documentation
- Manage project governance, resource allocation, and issue resolution
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in SAP FICO and SAP HCM modules
- Experience in SAP project/program management
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Robust understanding of finance and HR business processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in SAP implementation, support, and enhancement projects
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Certification preferred
- PMP/Prince2 certification is an added advantage
- Experience in S/4HANA environments preferred
Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
