Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)
Salary : 3.6 - 4.8 LPA

Design, production, e-commerce, and marketing — we own the full stack.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment — job postings, screening, coordinating interviews, and rolling out offers
-Own onboarding for all new hires — documentation, tool access, induction, and first-week structure
-Maintain attendance, leave, and WFH records accurately on a daily basis




-Implement and enforce HR policies across the team — working hours, leave structure, and code of conduct
-Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the Finance team
-Support performance review cycles — tracking, documentation, and follow-through
-Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR operations
-Contribute to building a strong, accountable team culture as the company scales

Must-Have Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field
-Working knowledge of core HR processes — onboarding, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills — this role deals with people at every level
-Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple open tasks simultaneously
-Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
