Summits Hygronics is looking for a energetic, technically proficient, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our engineering excellence and our clients' compressed air treatment and PSA Nitrogen Generation Package needs. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, providing technical consultations, and driving sales growth for our range of high-performance air dryers.

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Sales: Proactively identify and engage prospective clients, including industrial manufacturers, EPC contractors, and end-users.
- Consultative Selling: Analyze customer requirements for compressed air quality and provide tailored technical solutions using our range of air dryers.
- Market Expansion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share for Summits Hygronics products.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, dealers, and consultants to ensure repeat business.
- Tendering & Proposals:



Prepare high-quality technical and commercial proposals, participate in techno-commercial discussions, and manage the end-to-end tendering process.
- Product Expertise: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical training sessions for clients and channel partners.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in the air treatment industry to sharpen our competitive edge.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in technical sales or business development, preferably in the compressed air, HVAC, or industrial equipment industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of thermodynamics, psychrometrics, and compressed air systems is highly desirable.
