Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with factories, fabric mills, and trim vendors for smooth production flow
- Handle end-to-end merchandising activities from sampling to bulk production
- Track fabric approvals, fit approvals, and production timelines
- Ensure factories follow the latest approved tech packs and specifications
- Maintain production trackers and monitor order status regularly
- Coordinate with design and production teams for sample reviews and corrections
- Ensure sample-to-bulk consistency and maintain product quality standards
- Follow up on delays and proactively resolve production issues
- Support sourcing of fabrics, trims, and accessories as per brand requirements
- Ensure timely delivery of orders as per planned timelines

Requirements:




- 3 to 4 years of experience as a Merchandiser in Apparel/Fashion Industry
- Experience in gym wear, night wear, or fashion apparel preferred
- Strong understanding of garment production processes
- Good communication and vendor management skills
- Ability to handle multiple orders and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Excel and production tracking

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of fabric sourcing and garment construction
- Robust follow-up and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and quality control understanding

Location: Surat, Gujarat
Salary: Based on experience and skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
