Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end development including requirement understanding, architecture decisions, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write clean, effective, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Guide and mentor junior developers, review code, and ensure quality and performance.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.




- Design and develop RESTful APIs and ensure smooth integration with frontend systems.
- Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural improvements.
- Stay updated with latest technologies and suggest improvements in existing systems.

- Requirements
- Degree: BE, B.Tech, MCA, or MSc IT.
- 5-10 years of professional experience in PHP development with strong expertise in Laravel.
- Strong hands-on experience in React.js with good understanding of component lifecycle and hooks.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
- Experience with state management tools such as Redux or Context API.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL with query optimization skills.
