We’re Hiring: Video Editor (YouTube / Motion Graphics Style)

This role is perfect for someone who understands internet storytelling, cinematic pacing, and audience retention.

What You’ll Do
- Edit long-form YouTube videos with strong storytelling and high-retention pacing
- Create cinematic sequences using motion graphics, sound design, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects
- Use B-roll, stock footage, animations, and graphics to enhance storytelling
- Sync visuals tightly with music, SFX, and dialogue for emotional impact
- Collaborate on pacing, hooks, and creative structure to improve viewer engagement
- Deliver polished, modern edits optimized for YouTube audiences

Required Skills:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong sound design skills
- Excellent storytelling and pacing instincts
- Ability to create engaging edits that keep viewers hooked
- Understanding of YouTube retention-focused editing
- Good sense of timing,

Bonus Skills
- Basic color grading
- Experience with AI tools/workflows
- Knowledge of internet culture and viral content formats
