Position: Senior HR Manager / Head of HR
Reports to: CEO
Location: Hyderabad
Team: You will manage 2 HR Assistants
Experience Required: 6+ years

About the Role:
We are a growing company (200-300 employees, expanding rapidly). We need a proactive, strategic HR leader who takes ownership of the entire HR function and builds scalable systems that grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Build hiring pipelines, source talent, conduct interviews, manage onboarding

2. Workforce Planning - Forecast staffing needs 6-12 months ahead, plan for growth

3. Compensation & Benefits - Design market-competitive salary structures, manage benefits, bonuses

4. Employee Relations - Handle grievances, conflicts, engagement, retention strategies

5. Performance Management - Build appraisal systems, manage performance reviews

6. Training & Development - Identify skill gaps, design training programs, career development

7. Compliance & Legal - Ensure labor law compliance,



maintain documentation, manage audits

8. Payroll Administration - Oversee salary processing, tax compliance, statutory requirements

9. Culture & Engagement - Build company culture, employee engagement initiatives

10. Exit Management - Handle resignations, offboarding, knowledge transfer

11. HRIS Management - Manage HR software, data, dashboards, reporting

What We're Looking For:
- Proactive & Strategic - You identify problems before being asked. You think 6-12 months ahead.
- Systems Builder - You create processes and structures that scale.
- Leadership - You guide and develop your 2-person HR team effectively
- 5-8 years of HR experience in growth-stage or medium companies
- Strong understanding of labour laws (local/national compliance)

Pay: From ₹700,000.00 per year
