- and successfully conducted 50+ events across multiple cities.

Role Overview
We are looking for energetic, execution-focused individuals who can help KOMPTE expand city-by-city through sports events, partnerships, community building, and on-ground operations.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- enjoys sports,
- likes taking ownership,
- can manage people and operations,
- and wants hands-on startup experience.
You will work directly with the KOMPTE core team to help scale sports events and communities in your city.
Key Responsibilities1. Sports Event Execution
- Coordinate and execute sports events on-ground
- Manage registrations, schedules, volunteers, and venue coordination
- Ensure smooth player and participant experience
- Handle operational challenges during events
2. City Expansion
- Help establish and grow KOMPTE within your city
- Identify opportunities for growth and partnerships
- Build local sports communities and networks
3. Partnerships & Collaborations
- Connect with sports academies, colleges, clubs, venues, and local brands
- Assist in sponsorship and partnership discussions
- Develop relationships with local stakeholders
4. Community Building
- Increase event participation and registrations
- Engage with players and sports communities
- Support social media and grassroots engagement activities
5. Operations & Coordination
- Work closely with the leadership team
- Maintain proper execution timelines
- Submit regular updates and report
