We are looking for someone who can operate in a fast-moving founder’s office environment, someone polished, intelligent, emotionally mature, highly organized, and capable of handling communication, coordination, clients, priorities, and execution with confidence.

This role directly works alongside the founder and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage founder-level coordination, schedules, follow-ups, and execution flow
- Handle communication with clients, teams, vendors, and partners professionally
- Assist in brand, marketing, content, and campaign coordination
- Understand project priorities and maintain operational clarity
- Support client meetings, presentations, discussions, and strategic communication:
- Coordinate across production, digital marketing, content, and business teams




- Maintain professionalism under pressure and fast-paced workloads:
- Ensure tasks move with ownership, speed, and accountability

Who We Are Looking For

- Excellent spoken and written English communication
- Robust personality with professional maturity and confidence
- Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and manage responsibilities independently
- Understanding of branding, marketing, content, social media, and client psychology

- Agency, branding, marketing, founder’s office, or client servicing experience preferred
- Experience Required: 2+ Years:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Management, Media, Psychology, or related fields preferred
