Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at luxury project sites
- Ensure quality execution as per drawings and project standards
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and vendors
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and material usage
- Maintain site reports and documentation
- Ensure safety and quality compliance on site
- Handle site inspections and project coordination efficiently
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 4-6 years of experience in site execution
- Strong knowledge of luxury residential/villa projects
- Valuable understanding of construction drawings and site management
- Presentable personality with good communication skills
