Technical Skill:
- Conduct testing and quality assurance for polymer products.
- Develop and execute test plans and cases.
- Ensure compliance with environmental standards and regulations.
- Identify the potential product failures & Report Preparation
- Implementation and sustaining of process and procedures as related to the test lab activities as per ISO & NABL requirements.
- Determine lab equipment requirements, work with external vendor's and internal purchasing teams to procure and install and calibration. Develop new testing facilities and prepare their scopes.
- Follow up with third party test labs to conduct tests.
Experience of working with NABL accredited lab. will get additional weightage.
