Key Responsibilities:
- Implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum for preschool-aged children.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that fosters learning through play and exploration.
- Support children's emotional and social development, encouraging understanding of others and positive self-concepts.
- Monitor and assess each child’s progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school staff to plan school events, field trips, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Encourage language development through storytelling, singing, and conversation.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet diverse learning needs and interests.
