Experience: min 3 years in sales/ 2-3 years as lead role(5 to 10 years overall experience

Shift Timing: General Shift 9.30 Am to 7.00 Pm

Job Description:
The Team Lead will lead and drive end-to-end revenue growth for the institute, ensuring strong performance across sales, training operations, lead generation, team management, and profitability.

This is a high-ownership role responsible for achieving business targets, optimizing operations, managing faculty, and coordinating with marketing teams to ensure consistent growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Ownership & Business Growth, Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

2. Drive admissions for all core courses

3. Improve conversion metric across the funnel: Lead → Walk-in → Demo → Admission.

4. Make every team member billable and accountable to revenue metrics.

5. Create and execute strategies to improve sales performance and market growth.

2. Sales Team Leadership

Lead, mentor,



and manage the sales team to achieve performance goals. Set explicit targets for calls, follow-ups, counseling, demos, and closures. Monitor daily CRM updates and maintain lead hygiene. Conduct daily huddles and weekly sales reviews. Improve counselor conversion rates through coaching and training.

3. Trainer & Faculty Management

1. Allocate trainers effectively and optimize batch scheduling.

2. Monitor teaching quality, student feedback, and attendance.

3. Ensure curriculum alignment, discipline, and quality classroom delivery.

4. Increase batch strength while maintaining training excellence.

4. Marketing Coordination & Lead Generation

Coordinate closely with Digital Marketing Team for:
Organic lead generation

Paid campaigns

Landing page requirements

GMB management

College outreach promotion

Provide weekly inputs on lead quality and campaign performance.

Execute webinars, seminars, demo sessions, and student
