We are hiring as "Sr Accounts Executive" in manufacturing organisation at Mumbai (Fort location)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare Inward remittance disposal and credit follow up
- Prepare Outward remittance documentation and payment follow up
- Issuance of import LC & dealing with the bank for the same.
- export payment and lodgements.
- Exchange fluctuation Debtors & Creditors.
- Opening of Bank Guarantee with bank.
- .Data Entry in system i.e. Tally program.
- Processing EBRC at DGFT site
- Manage import payments, foreign remittances, export accounting, LCs (Letter of Credit), bank guarantees, and DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade) compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and provide regular reports as required.
- 4-5 years' experience in accounts executive role with experience in import & export accounting.
- knowledge of DGFT regulations and procedures.
- Proficiency in preparing various types of documents such as commercial invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin etc.
