Roles & Responsibility (Job Profile)
- Projects: As per decided timelines, Cost, safety and Quality with suppliers, Visit and Monitor the progress daily on site, Update RD daily, Ensure daily progress, Align inputs enough in advance and ensure progress as per the bar chart. RA Bill Checking, Close Co-ordination with all Agencies like, Architect, St. Engg, PMC, Civil Contractor, MEP Consulatants and Contractors, HOSCM, ATF, Seniors etc for input alignment and timely payment to Contractor. Plan and Execute Projects like - Civil, Fabrication, Furniture, Electricals, Plumbing, Fire Hydrants etc.
- Daily Review and MIS: Ensure daily Compliance before reaching for review meetings, Maintain MoM's and comply as per timelines, Do needed actions, communication with Suppliers, Consultants and CFT. Maintain relevant MIS like expense MIS, Payment MIS, Asset Maintenance and Compliance Tracking Sheets, Weekly Project Progress, CQT, Diesel, MSEDCL, RD, OD, White Board, Overall, Monthly, Fidelity, ABI, Fire and Burglary Daily Project MIS etc.




- Infra Assets Lifecycle Management: Identify Need of Assets, Quotations, Purchase Orders, Installation, Testing and Handover, User Trainings, Standards and OPCP Preparation, RMPM, AMCs, Minimum Downtime, Availability of Assets, Co.wide utilization of assets to disposal, scrap sale with all applicable documentations etc.
- Staturory: Update statutory MIS for various Insurances like fire and burglary, Fidelity, ABI, Vehicles, Weighing Scales AMC and Stampings etc, Timely closure of Infra related safety NCs and improvement points, Manage to refill fire extinguisher timely, Declaration to Insurance Companies related to Various Endorsements and Renewals.
- Vendor and Contract Management: Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, Preapare and Maintain contracts and service agreements. Manage supplier registration, payment requisitions and Ensure Better Service, Timely service and Cost effective suppl
