Interior Site Supervisor / Site Engineer - 4 Nos

Qualification Required
- B.E Civil Engineering
- B.Arch
- Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior

Job Location

Chennai / Project Sites

Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise interior fit-out and finishing works at project sites
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and painters
- Monitor daily site progress and maintain work schedules
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications
- Take site measurements and verify quantities
- Monitor material usage and maintain stock records at site
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and project managers
- Maintain quality standards and safety procedures at site
- Prepare daily work progress reports and update management




- Handle manpower allocation and site execution activities
- Ensure timely completion of projects within target schedule

Skills Required
- Valuable knowledge of interior execution and civil works
- Ability to read drawings and layouts
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred
- Problem-solving and team handling skills

- 0 to 5 Years

Salary
- Salary negotiable based on experience and performance
