Experience: 1-2 Years (Construction / Inventory Preferred)
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
Salary: 2.2 - 2.4 lac per Annum
The Assistant Store Executive will support the Store Incharge in managing site inventory, documentation, material
tracking and coordination with site and procurement teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Assist in receiving construction materials and verify quantity with delivery challans and purchase orders.
2. Support inspection of materials for damage or shortages and report discrepancies.
3. Maintain stock registers and update daily inward and outward material entries.
4. Assist in issuing materials to site engineers and contractors against approved requisitions.
5. Help maintain minimum stock levels and track material consumption.
6. Support proper storage, stacking and identification of materials in the store.
7. Maintain documentation of receipts, issues, returns and stock balance in Excel.
8.
Assist in preparing daily and monthly inventory and stock reports.
9. Coordinate with procurement team for material follow-ups and deliveries.
10. Support stock verification and audit activities.
11. Maintain housekeeping and safety in store area.
12. Assist in waste segregation and recycling of unused materials.2. 13. Ensure proper filing and documentation of all store-related records.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of construction materials
- Computer proficiency (Excel, Word)
- Valuable record-keeping and organizational skills
- Honest, responsible and detail-oriented
- Ability to work at construction site conditions
- Flexibility for Rostar duties
Selection Process: Written Test / Interview
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
