Record Keeping and Documentation: Shift Engineers maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, repairs, Managing and leading the maintenance team Providing technical guidance and support to the maintenance team.
- Manage and monitor the utility services at the premises with support from the technician team.
- Ensure maintenance is being done as per the Planned Preventive Maintenance schedule.
- Conduct regular inspections at the site to check for any imminent risks/breakdowns.
- Maintaining trackers for tracking the defect liability period and AMC schedule as negotiated with the vendors.
- Responsible for timely closure of the complaints raised by the residents.
- Daily briefing of the technical team.
- Maintaining checklist and logbooks for all the utility equipment. Conducting risk assessments of the premises with the team and addressing the high-risk issues on priority basis.
- Working out daily, weekly, and monthly reports with regards to the work performed at the site.
