Roles & Responsibility (Job Profile)
- Overall control of process and departments.
- Review of Tool room activity.
- Solving of cross functional issue if any.
- Co-ordination with SD for process handover, Tooling capacity,quality,TI work.
- Review of team leaders.
- Training to team leaders, wrt system, work, housekeeping.
- Solving RM issue of tools, gauges.
- Solve the issue if any during tool trial.
- Tool development wrt tool trial.
- Ensure smooth flow of tool room activities.
- Quality increase and cost reduction activities.
- Monitoring of RM tool PM frequency.
- Review of tool room capacity.
- Solve team leaders issues wrt work if any.
- Tool Lbr Charge Costing & Validation




- Experience Required- 10 experienced Years Tool & Die Making From NTTF/GTTC/CITD, Minimum 8 year experience in manufacturing of Press Tools, Experience in light precision Industry is desirable.
- Skill Requirement-
- Tool Design
- Tool Manufacturing
- RM and PM of press tool
- Tool Trial and approval
- Valuable knowledge in PPAP
