Key Responsibilities:
- Market bench consultants for US & Canada requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
- Coordinate with recruiters and account managers for suitable requirements
- Negotiate rates and manage consultant submissions
- Ensure successful placements and timely follow-ups
- Maintain updated consultant records and track submissions
- Handling consultant submissions and follow-ups
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of relevant Bench Sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of US & Canada IT recruitment processes
- Experience in marketing consultants on bench
- Ability to work efficiently with vendors and clients
- Robust networking and relationship management skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
