Requirements: 3 -4 years’ experience as a House Keeping Supervisor, must be productive and able to maintain cleaning equipment etc. Should have good communication skills.
- MS office and basic Computer skills
- Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Oversee staff on a daily basis
- Check common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
- Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
- Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
- Respond to customer complaints and special requests
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
- Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Excellent organizational and team management skills
Pay: ₹103,832.93 - ₹354,125.25 per year
