Primary Hindi Teacher (PRT) is responsible for developing young students' foundational Hindi language skills—such as reading, writing, speaking, and listening—using engaging, age-appropriate methods. They build vocabulary, create lesson plans, evaluate student progress, and foster a positive, culturally rich learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Instruction & Curriculum: Deliver engaging Hindi lessons (like the alphabet, basic grammar, poetry, and stories) aligned with curricula such as CBSE, ICSE, or IB.
- Skill Development: Build strong foundational skills in reading, writing (Matras and word patterns), listening, and speaking.
- Lesson Planning: Prepare innovative daily lesson plans using age-appropriate child-centric materials, role-play, stories, and multimedia.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Create and administer assessments, grade assignments, track student proficiency, and provide constructive feedback.
- Parent Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress through Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
- Cultural Integration:



Introduce students to Indian culture, literature, and festivals.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages student participation.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hindi/Education or a related field (e.g., BA with Hindi, B.Ed.).
- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Hindi (both written and spoken) with a strong command of grammar.
- Communication: Positive communication and interpersonal skills in both Hindi and English.
- Tech-Savviness: Basic proficiency in educational technology and smartboard usage.
- Experience: Previous experience teaching primary-aged children (Grades 1-5) is highly preferred.
