Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and driven HR Executive who is eager to go beyond just recruitment and build a strong foundation in end-to-end HR. If you’re someone who can handle people, processes, and pressure this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Work on portals, references, and internal hiring strategies
- Coordinate interviews and ensure quick closures for urgent roles
2. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and joining formalities
- Assist in payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR practices
3. Employee Engagement
- Drive engagement initiatives to maintain team morale
- Act as a bridge between employees and management
- Address basic employee concerns and maintain a positive work culture
4. Generalist Exposure
- Support in policy making, performance management, and HR structuring
- Work closely with leadership on improving HR systems and processes
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience (Freshers with robust communication can apply)
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in HR domain
- Basic knowledge of Excel and hiring portals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
