We manage everything from design and production to fulfillment and delivery under one roof, serving both domestic and international markets.
We are looking for a highly organized and hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, manage shop-floor activities, ensure quality control, and maintain timely dispatch of orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities across printing, embroidery, packing, and dispatch
- Plan and allocate work based on production schedules and delivery timelines
- Ensure production targets are achieved without compromising quality
- Monitor machine operations, material usage, and workflow efficiency
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams
- Maintain quality standards for all merchandise and apparel products
- Track production status and provide daily operational updates
- Handle production team scheduling, attendance, and discipline
- Identify process improvements to reduce wastage and delays
- Ensure workplace safety and proper maintenance of production equipment
- Manage urgent and high-priority client orders efficiently
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in production supervision, manufacturing, apparel, printing, or merchandise operations
- Solid understanding of production planning and workflow management
- Experience handling production teams and shop-floor operations
- Knowledge of DTF printing, embroidery, screen printing, or apparel manufacturing is preferred
