Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Management:
- Oversee maintenance and operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS, fire safety, civil, and other building systems.- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.- Ensure timely response and resolution of building system issues and emergencies.- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for repairs, servicing, and upgrades.

Team Leadership:
- Lead, supervise,



and mentor the maintenance team.- Plan duty rosters and assign daily maintenance tasks.- Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback and training.

Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure all building systems comply with local, state, and central regulations.- Conduct routine safety inspections and address identified risks or hazards.- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, certifications, and repairs.

Energy Management:
- Monitor energy consumption and optimize system efficiency.- Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainability measures.- Track, analyse, and report energy usage and cost savings.

Budget and Cost Management:
- Prepare and manage the maintenance and utilities budget.- Monitor expenses and approve maintenance-related expenditures.- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or quality.
